The focus of our school is on the deeper healing and classical meditative arts of Tai Chi Chuan (Taijichuan) and Qigong (Chi Kung, Chi Gong) as it relates to the lineage of our Grand Long Form Tai Chi Chuan.
We use a caring and individualized approach to Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong (Chi Kung, Chi Gong) practices, which allows each student the necessary personal attention to master this art at their own rate of learning.
As you begin your studies, your training continues weekly through the Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced stage of your personal development. As your foundation grows, it will begin to blossom into all of your life activities.
Tai Chi Taoist Philosophies, breathing techniques, energy balancing, and meridian pathways are explained thoroughly and are always taught as an integral part of our classes. Each student is given the necessary components to grasp the deeper meditative and healing aspects of this yoga of Body/Mind/Spirit working in Harmony.
We employ Posture, Movement, Breathing, Meditation, Mind, and Conscious Intent to refine the life energy, gather and accumulate it, and circulate it to wherever it is needed.
